In 2009 the Gambling and Addictions Symposium gave the opportunity to master, doctoral and post-doctoral students to present their research studies. A few requirements for the students were to be the principal authors of the researches which could be either written and presented in English or in French. Any subject in the field of gambling and its respective addictions was taken into account.
